The Food Chair provides managerial skills specific to the agri-food industry and services.
In this industry managers must nowadays learn how to navigate many complex issues (sustainable development, nutrition and health, resources, marketing, etc.).
They will face deep transformational challenges associated with globalization - locavore model, digital technology, genetics, societal challenges or the agility of the new FoodTech startups.
Such challenges require a strong capacity to “embrace” the future, to innovate and to develop new business models.
